Birthday Card for Meg and Anyone for Anya and The Crafty Pad Challenges

Hi All
I thought i would start my new year resolution already by making my Brother's girlfriend Meg a birthday card for her. For months I've been terrible of leaving it to the last minute so I've learnt from the mistake now and give it a go being an eager beaver LOL. Fortunately I've also coincided her card with Anyone for Anya Sketch #5 and The Crafty Pad Challenge 51
I've used:
  • Making Memories Vintage Hop and DCWV Retro Papers

  • Papermania Scalloped Textured Cardstock

  • Sizzix Dots Embossing Folder

  • Quickutz Metro Alphabet Dies

  • Sizzix Hello Kitty Nested Flower Die

  • Faux Stitch Ribbon
  • HOTP Flower and Buttons

  • The Greeting Farm Stamp - Signature Set
Hope you all have a Happy New Year!!

I am alive!!!LOL

Sorry for not updating my blog, we have had a switch around in the living room and the pc has been in bits and needed to be connected to the router etc for the Internet lol and it has been xmas too and we had a lovely time in Amsterdam, it was a shame that it took 2 and half hours to get there and back to the ferry port so that was fun spending time on the bus for that amount of time lol and i wasn't affected by the very rocky ferry on the way back which is fantastic for me i even suffer on a 2 hour ferry crossing to Belfast from Stranraer lol

I'll be posting my pics of xmas cards that I've made, unfortunately I've not taken pics of them all as i did leave making my cards to the last minute so it was a rush job, now i know why people start making them in september it makes sense!

For xmas i have treated myself to a Sizzix big shot machine with 3 hello kitty dies from cuttingedgecrafts.co.uk and i love it i can use all my quickutz dies and sizzlits with no problems and with cutting out letters with my alphabets is a doddle as i can put loads through at a time!! Yeah!!!! Worth it's weight in gold so I'm now compiling a wishlist of some super dies lol

Hope you all are well and had a fab xmas and a happy new year!!
