I found it a bit difficult as i quite like modern and bright funky colours etc but i think this has turned out quite well.  The Boots i coloured in brown as they reminded me of my dear Grandma who passed away back in 2000 i always remeber her as a child wearing brown boots in all weather, so really this card was inspired by her. Sorry for being a soppy!

Funky Shaped Card

Hello Peeps i've finally back to making my cards from my printer ink running out....nightmare! But hey ho at least i had time to get really inspired and get into my creative groove LOL and came up with this little beauty (well i think so but i will leave that up to you!) I was pottering round bloggerland (as you do) and came across Esty Inspired Challenge Blog and found these gorg buttons over at kimmieprout shop they are just so lush so bright and funky just what i need for a bit of inspiration!

Also of course being inspired by the Some Odd girls too always helps and i thought i would make this card to show off my creativity a bit. I hand cut out the cloud shaped card and used American Crafts 'Clouds' from the 'Everyday' collection to make my fluffy cloud base and i thought 'sunny' and 'Fly Away Mae' Digi's from Some Odd Girl. I've used a bit of Paper pricking round the edge of my cloud shaped card to add a bit edge to it and finished it off by using 'Dare to Dream' Sentiment from TLC Creations and a bit of cord from my stash. Of course not forgetting my promarkers and Sakura White Gel Pen for her wings and Clear Glitter for her details on her dress! I've had a lot of fun with this card it's really fun and uplifting, just what i needed after not being able to use my digi's for days!

I'm entering the following Challenges:
